Family Finders
Mission: Family Finders seeks to locate and reconnect healthy extended family members with youth in foster care, especially those who will soon age out of the system.
Family Finders is a new program developed this year with start-up funding from a generous donor.
Based on the nationally known program created by Kevin Campbell at Catholic Charities of Western Washington, the program was introduced locally by the Oregon Commission on Children and Families.
Our team members were elated to have a successful search early on by locating 37 previously unknown relatives for one youth who will soon age out of foster care.
