Youth Mentoring Services
Mission: Supporting youth who are at risk to reach their full potential through success in school, avoiding involvement in the juvenile justice system, preventing teen pregnancies, and learning skills necessary to become successful, caring adults.
The Mentoring Program connects some of our community’s most vulnerable children with professional, well-trained, compassionate mentors. They help our youth develop the relationships, goals and skills necessary to break the cycles of poverty, abuse and violence in order to become contributing members of our community.
Mentoring Goals:

Help youth succeed in school, achieving a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Avoid involvement in the juvenile justice system.

Prevent teen pregnancy

Provide parenting education to youth and parents
