CCSF board member James Hodges is dedicated to our mission of serving families and children in need. “I enjoy serving; it’s a very important job to fulfill, ” says James. He got involved with CCS in 1985 through his acquaintance with Jim Seymour and a few other board members he knew. Appointed to the board in 2007, James feels that together with his fellow board members, they are able to do great things for the people we serve, and make a difference. “I love being able to accomplish things that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to accomplish on my own,” he said.
Aside from his commitment to CCS and the Catholic Community Services Foundation Board of Directors, James loves spending time with his neighbors at his home in Mount Angel. They often get together to play poker. He is also a major movie buff and has quite a collection; one of his favorite movies is Emperor.
