Catholic Community Services is partnering with Salem Leadership Foundation, Marion County, the Department of Human Services and others on a new vision for foster care.  This vision incorporates some of the groundbreaking work of Embrace Oregon in Portland along with evidence-based practices from our Theory of Change.
